  • Q: What is the nature of your business ?
    • A:We are a lighting manufacturer supplying established lighting companies.
  • Q: Do you have a showroom ?
    • A:Yes, we have a display area where you can view all of our standard products and even some products currently under development.
  • Q: Are we able to visit ?
    • A:Yes we do allow customers to visit our premises by appointment only.
  • Q: How can we get a catalogue ?
    • A:You can obtain one by faxing your details by telephone, fax or e-mail. Please specify which one of our three catalogues you require; Commercial/Industrial, Sign Illumination or Marine Products. Alternatively you can download the brochures from our website.
  • Q: Is a price list available ?
    • A:We do not normally supply a price list with our catalogues as we price all enquiries on the own merits.
  • Q: Do you have a salesman ?
    • A:Yes we have a salesman who can visit your premise or site to discuss in detail your requirements. We also have sales agents who promote our products.
  • Q: Are you able to do lighting schemes ?
    • A:We have a facility to provide clients with lighting designs to accommodate all the latest light fittings, and even to confirm how many fittings are required for individual areas.
  • Q:Can you manufacture specials ?
    • A:Our design team is able to manufacture all types of special light fittings tailored to our customers and their client’s requirements. Provide our team with a design brief and leave the rest to us.
  • Q: Can your light fittings be supplied in other colours ?
    • A:Our light fittings are normally supplied in standard white either RAL9003 or RAL9010. However, we can supply in other colours if we are provided with the appropriate RAL or BS powder coat reference.
  • Q: Whose control gear do you use ?
    • A:We normally supply Tridonic, Osram or Vossloh gear in our light fittings though we are able to supply most makes of gear if required by the client.
  • Q: Do you supply light fittings for use with different lamp types ?
    • A:All of our light fittings can be designed for T8, T5 and PL lamp styles though our fittings can be designed to accept other lamp types .
  • Q: Are lamps supplied with your light fittings ?
    • A:We do not normally supply lamps with our light fittings owing to the possibility of transit damage. However we are able to supply lamps for specific projects.
