By using the latest manufacturing techniques, robust construction has been combined with excellent light output in a non-ageing heavy duty moulded rubber housing of attractive appearance and minimum weight. These construction materials make this range of products virtually unbreakable.

All the fittings are highly resistant to corrosive atmospheres and to ingress of water, dirt, etc and can operate in extreme temperatures down to -40oC (except for fluorescent).

Another important feature of the luminaires is that they have built-in antivibration characteristics. Extensive experience has shown where vibration is a serious problem, lamps last very much longer in butyl rubber luminaires than they do in conventional metal designs.

All luminaires comply with BS4533 with ingress protection from IP44-66.tment of focus, Hardened front glass, and Light Filter.
